This modern apartment of 50m2 is located in the town of Adeje in Tenerife, about 10 minutes drive from the beaches of Fanabe, La Caleta, El Duque... and more.

The apartment has communal services such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. In addition we could emphasize that it has parking, sea views, sun all year round and the beach 5 min (5.2 Km) by car.

In a building with lift, the flat is located on the 3rd floor.

As shown in the photos, the flat consists of the following spaces:

- The separate equipped kitchen

- 1 bedroom with a 140x200 double bed

- A complete bathroom with shower

- A balcony with sea views

If you want to enjoy our island you cannot miss visiting the Teide National Park, the Barranco del Infierno, the Market of Our Lady of Africa, the Anaga Rural Park or the Costa de Adeje Market. If what you want is a little more movement, we recommend that you go through Siam Park or Loro Parque.

If you don't want to leave without enjoying our beaches, we recommend you stop by Playa del Duque, Fañabé, Puerto de Colón, Montaña Amarilla, Diego Hernández or Las Teresitas to take a good dip!

It is a warm and cosy space, well used and orientated to provide the best stay to the guest.

Guests have full access to the property.

Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided.

The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have.

The property has air conditioning only in the bedroom with 1 air conditioning unit with heat pump.

The house does not have heating but we leave at your disposal 2 electric heaters.

The hot water is supplied by a 50 litres electric water heater: it is important to know because it can run out and then, it is necessary to wait for the water heater to be filled again.

There is also access to a communal swimming pool open from 9.30 am to 9.00 pm in summer and from 9.30 am to 7.00 pm in winter.

If you arrive by car, you will have access to a parking space in an underground car park.

Adeje is a Spanish town located in the southwest of Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain). It is home to the tourist area of Costa Adeje, the Siam Park and several beaches, like the yellow-sanded Duque beach. Other tourist attractions in Adeje are the church of Santa Úrsula, the Sacred Art Museum and the Barranco del Infierno nature reserve, where you will be able to practice hiking.

There is a bus stop 1 minute from the flat (93 metres).

By car you can go to the following places: Hiperdino El Galeón (600 metres), 365 Supermercado (750 metres), Coviran Adeje (1 Km), Mercadona (1.6 Km), Lidl (2.1 Km), Leroy Merlín Adeje (2.1 Km).
